Return items

Returns are easy. Make sure the item is unused, undamaged, with original tags and intact box, and returned within 30 days of delivery date. Please note: We only offer one free return or exchange within 30 days of sale. If multiple exchanges are required, the buyer will need to pay the exchange shipping fee. Then contact our customer service by phone or email for assistance.

Please remember to include the invoice/warranty card with your returned package as returns without these documents will not be processed. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds are only available for products that remain in their original condition and packaging.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Outletcity product, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging and any accessories or components included with the purchase must also be returned.

Returns FAQ
Return shipping

Normally, we cover return shipping costs. You will need to prepay shipping costs and provide us with proof of return shipping costs. We will refund the shipping cost immediately once we receive the watch. However, if the watch is returned due to damage by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

cancel the order

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, once you receive your package, you can keep it or contact us to arrange a return. To cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team.

Refund time

Please note that refunds will be made for the exact price of the item purchased. Refunds will be issued within 3 to 5 business days to the original card used for purchase, or you can choose to receive online store credit. We do not accept refunds via alternative cards or different payment methods. It may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the payment to be processed and the refund to be credited to your account. If the amount of product remaining in the returned order is less than $60, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. For PayPal payments, you will be refunded the same day we receive the returned watch, and you will receive your refund the same day we initiate the refund.

Exchange items

Exchanges will be processed within three business days and shipped via standard shipping. Please refer to the estimated shipping time, which is usually similar to how long it will take you to initially receive your watch.

Return handling fee

There is no handling fee for returns or exchanges; however, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
